Our Vision, Mission and Values complete a core framework that underpins all we do at HFCMAT.
Our vision gives us our aspirational aim. Through keeping a clear focus on this, we provide the direction of travel for all at our Trust. We don’t apologise for this aspiration and know the journey will be challenging. However, we believe in the transformational power of education and will stop at nothing to achieve this aim.

We work each day to achieve our Mission: To develop individual excellence, embrace opportunities and build strong communities with Gospel Values at the heart.
Each day, this mission is at the heart of the work done by staff across all our schools.
As Catholic schools, Gospel Values lie at the centre of our work, with Christ as our model.
Alongside these, we have chosen to identify some core values that drive our work. These are:
