Cover Manager

The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating and allocating daily cover arrangements for planned and unplanned staff absence. This involves a 7.15am start each day. Line management of the Cover Supervisor and Supply Teacher team. Supervision of whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
